Gizlilik ve kullanım koşulları

Bu sayfa Nuvaka General App'in (uygulama, nuvaka.com ve generalappapi.nuvaka.com) hangi veriyi nerede tuttuğunu, neyi tutmadığını ve nasıl sildiğini olduğu gibi anlatır. Kısa tutmaya ve pazarlama dili kullanmamaya çalıştık.
Kimiz
Nuvaka General App, Türkiye'den bağımsız bir geliştiricinin ürünüdür: Tarık Gökhasan. Her türlü soru, veri talebi ve güvenlik bildirimi için [email protected]. Güvenlik açığı bildirimlerini öncelikli ele alırız.

Neyi tutmuyoruz
- Sunucularına açtığın SSH, veritabanı ve Redis oturumlarının içeriğini. Bağlantı doğrudan cihazından kurulur.
- Kaydetmeyi seçmediğin parola ve anahtar dosyalarını.
- Sesli sohbet kayıtlarını.
- Sitede çerez ya da üçüncü taraf analitik. Dil tercihin yalnızca tarayıcında saklanır.
Şifreleme, dürüstçe
Tüm aktarım TLS ile yapılır. Kayıtlı sunucu bağlantıları, mail hesap bilgileri ve iki adımlı doğrulama anahtarı sunucuda şifreli tutulur. Dosyalarım, senkron, pano ve notlar için uçtan uca şifreleme yoktur; yani bu veriler sunucuda okunabilir biçimde durur ve yasal zorunluluk hâlinde erişilebilir. Gerçekten gizli bir dosyayı yüklemeden önce kendin şifrele.
Asistan
Asistan bir büyük dil modeliyle çalışır. Bir istek verdiğinde, isteği yerine getirmek için gereken içerik (örneğin bir mailin metni, dosya adları, not içeriği) modele işlenmek üzere iletilir. Mail göndermek, dosya silmek gibi geri alınamaz adımlar onayın olmadan yapılmaz; "Durdur" her an çalışır. Konuşmalar hesabında saklanır; uygulamadan tek tek ya da hesabını silerek tamamen silebilirsin.
Cihazlar, dondurma ve 2FA
Profil → Cihazlarım'dan hesabına giriş yapmış cihazları görür, uzaktan çıkarır, dondurur ya da silersin. Dondurulan cihaz hiçbir istek yapamaz. İki adımlı doğrulama isteğe bağlıdır; kurtarma kodları bir kez gösterilir, sunucuda özet olarak tutulur.
Silme ve saklama
- Sildiğin dosya, sürüm geçmişiyle birlikte silinir. Senkronda "silinenler" listesinden geri alma süresi bittiğinde kalıcı olarak gider.
- Dosya paylaşım linkini sildiğinde dosya da silinir.
- Hesabını sildiğinde depolama, senkron, pano, notlar, mesajlar, konuşmalar, bağlantılar ve oturum kayıtları dahil tüm verin silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
- Yedeklerde kalan kopyalar makul bir süre içinde temizlenir.
Kullanım koşulları
- Hesap açmak ve temel özellikler ücretsizdir ve öyle kalacaktır. Depolama ve paylaşım için adil kullanım sınırı uygulanır; ileride büyük kota ve ekip özellikleri ücretli olabilir. Bugün ücretsiz olan bir özellik geriye dönük kilitlenmez.
- Hizmeti yasa dışı içerik barındırmak, başkalarının sistemlerine izinsiz erişmek, zararlı yazılım dağıtmak ya da başkalarını taciz etmek için kullanamazsın. Sunucularına bağlanmak senin sorumluluğundadır; yalnızca yetkin olan sistemlere bağlan.
- Kötüye kullanım ya da güvenlik gerekçesiyle bir hesabı dondurabilir ya da kapatabiliriz; mümkün olduğunda sebebini bildiririz.
- Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur. Veri kaybına karşı kendi yedeğini tut; senkron ve depolama bir yedekleme hizmeti değildir.
- Bu sayfayı değiştirdiğimizde tarihi güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içi bildirimle duyururuz.

This page says plainly which data Nuvaka General App (the app, nuvaka.com and generalappapi.nuvaka.com) stores, where, what it does not store, and how it is deleted. We tried to keep it short and free of marketing language.
Who we are
Nuvaka General App is built by an independent developer from Turkey: Tarık Gökhasan. For any question, data request or security report write to [email protected]. Security reports are handled first.

What we do not keep
- The content of SSH, database and Redis sessions to your servers. The connection is made directly from your device.
- Passwords and key files you chose not to save.
- Voice chat recordings.
- Cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.
Encryption, honestly
All transfer uses TLS. Saved server connections, mail credentials and the two-factor secret are stored encrypted on the server. My files, sync, clipboard and notes have no end-to-end encryption: that data is readable on the server and can be accessed when the law requires it. Encrypt anything truly secret yourself before uploading.
The assistant
The assistant runs on a large language model. When you give it a task, the content needed to carry it out (for example an e-mail body, file names, a note) is sent to the model for processing. Irreversible steps such as sending mail or deleting files never happen without your approval; "Stop" works at any moment. Conversations are stored with your account; delete them one by one in the app or entirely by deleting your account.
Devices, freezing and 2FA
Under Profile → My devices you see every device signed into your account and can sign it out, freeze it or delete it remotely. A frozen device cannot make any request. Two-factor authentication is optional; recovery codes are shown once and stored on the server as hashes.
Deletion and retention
- A deleted file goes away together with its version history. In sync, once the "deleted" recovery window ends it is gone for good.
- Deleting a file-share link deletes the file.
- Deleting your account deletes all your data: storage, sync, clipboard, notes, messages, conversations, saved connections and session records. This cannot be undone.
- Copies remaining in backups are cleared within a reasonable period.
Terms of use
- Creating an account and the core features are free and will stay free. Storage and sharing have a fair-use limit; larger quotas and team features may become paid later. Nothing that is free today gets locked retroactively.
- You may not use the service to host illegal content, access systems without authorisation, distribute malware or harass others. Connecting to servers is your responsibility; connect only to systems you are allowed to use.
- We may freeze or close an account for abuse or security reasons and will tell you why whenever possible.
- The service is provided as is. Keep your own backups; sync and storage are not a backup service.
- When this page changes we update the date; important changes are announced with an in-app notification.
